Jeremy Tear, Co-Director of IP-A, has over 24 years’ experience in R&D. A former Vice President of Sumi Agro Europe and General Manager at Sumitomo Corporation Japan, he established operations worldwide before founding the UK’s first independent R&D tax consultancy. He has since built and led ventures in tax consultancy, finance, productivity tools, and digital advertising, helping companies maximise opportunities through R&D tax relief, Patent Box, and other innovation incentives.
