Michael James
Michael James is a financial markets veteran with over a decade of experience in electronic trading, fintech, blockchain, and multi-asset infrastructure. He was pivotal in launching LiquidityEdge, a US Treasury trading platform later acquired by MarketAxess. Previously, he worked on Goldman Sachs’ futures electronic trading desk and led Business Development for JPMorgan’s cross-asset EMS, Neovest, while holding sales roles in Equities and FICC electronic trading. Today, at Douro Labs, he heads institutional business development and partnerships, delivering high-fidelity market data to traditional and decentralized finance ecosystems and contributing to Pyth Network. With deep asset class and trading system expertise, he aims to build an open, affordable, accessible financial system.
