His expertise spans Blockchain technologies, Smart Contracts, and the tokenization of Real World Assets (RWA), alongside Neobanking and large-scale Digital Transformation—bridging the gap between traditional finance (TradFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi).

As Chief Product & Technology Officer at PropGroup, Neale spearheads the evolution of Prop.com and Propchain, harnessing Tokenization to revolutionize Real Estate finance and investment. By building a full-scale ecosystem, PropGroup is unlocking new efficiencies, liquidity, and yield-bearing opportunities in the market.

Previously, as Chief Technology Officer at Copper Securities, Neale led the development and launch of one of the region’s first licensed Digital Assets brokerage platforms and as CTO of Digital Banking at Apex Group / EDB, he played a pivotal role in launching one of the first fully digital Neobanks, for SMEs and institutional investors.
