Teresa is Director of Emerging Innovation Risk Management in Citi's Enterprise Risk Management department, leading on digital assets risk.
Before this, she was a senior policy specialist in the Fintech Hub at the Bank of England, monitoring financial stability risks coming from new developments in crypto markets and decentralised finance, and, if needed, promoting new regulation to mitigate them.
She has been particularly involved in the development of the Financial Stability Board regulatory approach to crypto and decentralised finance.
